Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 center cut pork chops
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • 1 c. fine cracker crumbs
  • Wesson oil
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1 Tbsp. green onion top

Directions

    Lightly salt and pepper pork chops.

    Dip in egg and cracker crumbs and back again the egg and crumbs.
  3. 3
    Fry in oil until coating is golden brown.
  4. 4
    Place in baking dish and cover with cream of mushroom soup, onion soup and green onion top.

    Mix these together before pouring.

    Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
