- potatoes (for baking)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped herbs (such as parsley, chives, thyme)
- 4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Wash and slice potatoes but not all the way through.

2Use the handle of a spoon to prevent knife from cutting all the way.

3Put potatoes in baking dish and fan slightly.

4Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter.

5Sprinkle with herbs.

6Bake at 425° for 50 minutes.

7Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheeses.

8Bake additional 10 to 15 minutes until tender.
