- 8 medium chicken thighs or 8 large chicken thighs
- 24 ounces ranch salad dressing
- seasoned dry bread crumb
Directions

1Remove skin from all chicken pieces.

2Place 4 pieces of chicken in resealable plastic bag.

3Pour 12 oz of the dressing over chicken in bag.

4Repeat for other 4 pieces.

5Seal bags, turning repeatably to coat all chicken pieces well.

6Refrigerate both bags at least 1 hour to marinate.

7Preheat oven to 400F

8Pour breadcrumbs into a large baggie and add 2 chicken pieces at a time.

9Shake well to coat.

10Add more breadcrumbs as needed to coat all the chicken.

11Arrange on baking sheet.

12Sprinkle any remaining coating from baggie over chicken.

13Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
