- 8 lb. red snapper
- salt
- pepper
- lemon pepper
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1 small onion, cubed
- 1 rib celery
- 1/2 c. water
- seasoning salt
Directions

1Wash red snapper.

2Place in a baking pan.

3Pour water into pan.

4Season snapper well with lemon pepper, adding only a dash or two of the other seasonings.

5Place onion, celery and garlic clove broken into pieces inside of snapper.

6Bake at 325° until cooked.
