- 1 1/2 red snapper or other firm fleshed fish fillets
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream and dill sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chopped chives or green onions for garnish (optional)
Directions

1Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.

2Lightly dust with flour. Shake off excess.

3Place in single layer in lightly greased shallow casserole.

4Cover completely with sauce.

5Bake in preheated oven at 400° for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with forks.

6Garnish with chives.
