Baked Red Snapper Parmesan

  • 2 (8 oz.) fillets red snapper
  • dash of salt
  • dash of black pepper
  • 2 tsp. green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Creole mustard

Directions

    Season the fillets with salt and pepper and place in a well-buttered baking dish.

    Cover and place in a preheated 375° oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Combine the onion, sour cream, Parmesan cheese and mustard.

    Spread this sauce over the fish and place under a hot broiler until nicely browned.
