- 2 (8 oz.) fillets red snapper
- dash of salt
- dash of black pepper
- 2 tsp. green onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Creole mustard
Directions

1Season the fillets with salt and pepper and place in a well-buttered baking dish.

2Cover and place in a preheated 375° oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

3Combine the onion, sour cream, Parmesan cheese and mustard.

4Spread this sauce over the fish and place under a hot broiler until nicely browned.
