- 12 cup onion, minced
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups long grain rice
- 4 34 cups chicken stock or 4 34 cups water
- salt (optional)
Directions

1Saute onion in butter until wilted.

2Add rice and saute until translucent (do not brown).

3Add stock, bring to a boil, stirring.

4Bake at 350 covered.

520-25 minutes.

6It is best if you use a straight sided casserole.
