  • 2 12 tablespoons butter
  • 14 cup chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 12 cups chicken broth
  • 12 teaspoon parsley
  • 12 teaspoon thyme
  • 12 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 14 cup toasted pine nuts

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400F.

    In ovenproof pan, melt 1 tbsp butter, saute onion& garlic until soft.

    Stir in rice,coat.

    Add broth and spices.

    Cover and bake 17 minutes.

    Stir in remaining butter and pine nuts.
