- 1 cup rice
- 1 12 cups chicken broth
- 12 teaspoon parsley
- 12 teaspoon thyme
- 12 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 14 cup toasted pine nuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400F.

2In ovenproof pan, melt 1 tbsp butter, saute onion& garlic until soft.

3Stir in rice,coat.

4Add broth and spices.
