Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked rice (brown or white)
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can chicken soyameat
  • 1 can mushroom soup plus 1/2 can milk
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • McKay's chicken seasoning to taste

Directions

    Saute celery, mushrooms and onion until tender.

    Break chicken soyameat into pieces.
  3. 3
    Mix all ingredients together in casserole dish and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
