- 2 c. cooked rice (brown or white)
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 can chicken soyameat
- 1 can mushroom soup plus 1/2 can milk
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- McKay's chicken seasoning to taste
Directions

1Saute celery, mushrooms and onion until tender.

2Break chicken soyameat into pieces.

3Mix all ingredients together in casserole dish and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
