  • 1/8 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 c. beef bouillon (I use whole can)
  • 1 c. canned onion soup (I use whole can)
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms

Directions

    Combine ingredients in a 2-quart baking dish.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Check rice as it bakes to see if more liquid is needed.

    If so, add a little water.
