  • 2 1/2 c. tomato juice - divided
  • onions
  • peppers or celery
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • salt & pepper

    Pour 1 c. raw rice in casserole dish.

    Season with salt & pepper.

    Pour 1 c. tomato juice over rice.

    Chop 1/2 c. of onion, peppers, or celery.

    Add 1 lb. raw ground beef.
