  • 1 c. rice
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. melted oleo
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg

    Cook rice in boiling water for 15 minutes.

    Drain well. Combine remaining ingredients in a 2-quart casserole.
