  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, cut up and undrained
  • 1 (4 oz.) can undrained mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 8 oz. rotini (uncooked)
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
