  • 1 Tbsp. fat-free margarine
  • 1 c. fat-free bread crumbs
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (16 oz.) can salmon
  • egg substitute to equal 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Combine margarine, bread crumbs and milk.

    Bring to a boil. Stir in salmon, egg and salt.

    Pour into casserole dish sprayed with Pam.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
