- 1 Tbsp. fat-free margarine
- 1 c. fat-free bread crumbs
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon
- egg substitute to equal 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine margarine, bread crumbs and milk.

2Bring to a boil. Stir in salmon, egg and salt.

3Pour into casserole dish sprayed with Pam.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
