  • 1 1/2 lbs salmon
  • 2 Tbl fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 large cloves of garlic, pressed
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbl fresh lemon juice

    Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

    Line a rimmed baking dish with foil and place salmon on it

    In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and brush onto salmon.
