Baked Salmon

- 1 1/4 kg salmon
- 100 grams butter
- 10 ml crushed garlic
- 1 medium zest of a lemon
- 15 ml fish spice (I use Robertson fish spice)
- 5 rosemary
Directions

1Preheat oven to 220C.

2Melt the butter.

3Mix the melted butter with the garlic, lemon zest, fish spice, salt and pepper.

4Place the salmon in a baking tray on top of a piece of tinfoil, make sure that the tinfoil is big enough to also cover the fish with later.

5Pour the butter mixture over the salmon, place the rosemary on top.

6Cover the salmon with the tinfoil.

7Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.

8Remove from the oven and rest for 7 minutes.
