  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. scallops
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. water
  • salt and pepper
  • Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions

    Wash and dry scallops.

    Beat egg, water, salt and pepper.

    Dip scallops in this mixture, then roll in crushed crackers.

    Place scallops in buttered pie plate.

    Pour melted butter over scallops and bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
