Baked Scallops

  • 2 lb. bay scallops, rinsed and drained
  • 2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onions
  • paprika

Directions

    Combine scallops, cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup butter, ketchup, salt, pepper and sugar.

    Put into shallow casserole pan.

    Combine green onions and 1 tablespoon of butter.

    Place on top of scallops.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until brown. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
