- 2 lb. bay scallops, rinsed and drained
- 2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- dash of salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
- paprika
Directions

1Combine scallops, cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup butter, ketchup, salt, pepper and sugar.

2Put into shallow casserole pan.

3Combine green onions and 1 tablespoon of butter.

4Place on top of scallops.

5Bake in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until brown. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
