Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 lg. can diced Italian tomatoes
- 1 sm. c. tomato paste
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. oregano (or to taste)
- 1 - 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt, or to taste
- other spices, as desired
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, more if desired
- 1 sm. box spaghetti noodles
Directions

1Saute beef, onion, green pepper.

2Drain off fat.

3Add other ingredients and cook until well done.

4Add additional seasonings, as preferred.

5Cook noodles and drain well.

6Mix noodles and spaghetti sauce together.

7Stir well.

8Pour into a glass baking dish (large).

9Top with cheese.

10Bake in moderate oven, 350°, until cheese browns slightly.
