- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes with liquid
- 1 (4 oz.) can pieces and stems mushrooms, drained
- 1 (2 1/4 oz.) sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 12 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 8 oz. (2 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1In large skillet saute onion and pepper in butter until tender.

2Add tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, oregano, garlic powder and ground beef.

3Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

4Place 1/2 of spaghetti in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

5Top with 1/2 of vegetable mix and 1 cup of cheese.

6Repeat layers.

7Mix soup and water; pour on top.

8Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

9Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
