Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 3 or 4 stalks celery
  • 1 small box spaghetti
  • 1 tall can tomato juice
  • 6 slices American cheese

Directions

    Dice bacon; fry.

    Take bacon out of grease.

    Cook onion, green pepper and celery in bacon grease until tender.

    Remove from grease and put in casserole dish with bacon.

    Cook spaghetti; drain.

    Mix into casserole dish; add cheese.

    Add about 1/3 tall can of tomato juice.

    Mix; cover.

    Bake in a 350° oven until cheese is melted.

    Remove lid; bake until brown around edges.
