  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 onions (medium), chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
  • 1 (20 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
  • 12 oz. spaghetti

    Frizzle meat.

    Add onions and garlic.

    Add other ingredients, except spaghetti and cheese.

    Simmer for 30 minutes.

    Cook spaghetti.

    Cut into small or 2-inch lengths.

    Add to meat mixture. Layer this with cheese, two layers each.

    Place in refrigerator overnight.

    Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking.

    Bake at 325° for 35 to 45 minutes.
