  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 each sweet onion
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 14 oz spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 each chopped green onions
  • 3 cup shredded cheese

    Prepare spaghetti according to package directions.

    In a large skillet, brown ground beef.

    Drain.

    Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and spaghetti sauce.

    Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20 min.

    In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until blended.

    Stir in green onions.

    In a greased 11 x 7 baking dish, layer spaghetti, cream cheese mixture, and beef.
