- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 28 oz. tomatoes & liquid, chopped
- 4 oz. mushrooms, drained
- 4 oz. sliced ripe olives
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 12 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 2 c. (8 oz.) cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a large skillet saute onions and peppers in butter until tender.

2Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, oregano and browned ground beef.

3Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.

4Place half of spaghetti in a greased 13 x

59 inch baking dish.

6Top with half of the vegetable mixture, sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.

7Repeat layers. Mix soup and water until smooth; pour over casserole; sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

8Bake uncovered at 350° for

930 to 35 minutes or at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes or until heated through. If it starts too dry out to much add just a little hot water.
