- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 2 (8 oz.) can tomatoes and juice, cut up
- 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
- 2 1/4 oz. can sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 lb. ground meat, browned and drained
- 12 oz. pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1In a large skillet, saute onion and green pepper in margarine until tender.

2Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano.

3Add ground meat.

4Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
