Baked Spaghetti Pizza

  • 1 pound Thin Spaghetti
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 jar (14 To 16 Oz. Jar) Pizza Sauce
  • 5 ounces, weight Fresh Mushrooms, Chopped, Or Your Favorite Toppings
  • 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

    Cook spaghetti until al dente and drain.

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Whisk together eggs and milk and toss mixture with spaghetti in a large bowl.

    Spread mixture in a greased 9x13 baking dish.

    Top with sauce, your favorite pizza toppings (green peppers, mushrooms, pepperoni, sausage that has been cooked and drained, etc).

    Top with cheese last.

    Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is golden brown and bubbly on the edges.

    Let cool for five minutes before cutting into squares to serve.
