- 4 large (2 lb.) squash
- 1 egg
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 c. milk
- 10 crushed crackers (Ritz or saltine)
- 1/4 c. oleo
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 pkg. Velveeta cheese, grated
Directions

1Cook squash and drain; add all ingredients.

2Pour into greased, shallow Pyrex dish; top with additional cheese and crackers.

3Bake for 30 minutes at 375°.
