  • 4 large (2 lb.) squash
  • 1 egg
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 10 crushed crackers (Ritz or saltine)
  • 1/4 c. oleo
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 pkg. Velveeta cheese, grated

Directions

    Cook squash and drain; add all ingredients.

    Pour into greased, shallow Pyrex dish; top with additional cheese and crackers.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 375°.
