Baked Squash and Yams (Vegan)

  • 1 pound winter squash peeled, sliced
  • 1 pound sweet potatoes, or yams garnet yams, peeled, sliced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup soy milk lite
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste chili

Directions

    Layer the squash and yams in a baking dish.

    Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the veggies.

    Bake covered @ 350F (180C) (175 C) for ~ 45 minutes.

    Finish baking uncovered for another 15 minutes or so.
