  • 2 c. potatoes, quartered
  • 2 c. carrots, cut in chunks

  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 5 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 3 c. V-8 juice
