- 1 lb. stew meat
- 2 small carrots
- 3 small potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 pkg. frozen green peas
Directions

1Brown stew meat in 1 teaspoon margarine.

2Season with salt and pepper as you brown meat.

3Remove meat and place in a baking dish with potatoes, carrots, green peas and onion which are cut up. Use drippings from browned meat and make gravy.

4Put 1 teaspoon flour in a cup of cold water and pour into drippings (bouillon cubes may be added for additional flavor).

5Simmer until thick. Pour over ingredients in baking dish until completely covered. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
