  • 2 lb. browned stew meat
  • 6 potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 3 carrots, cut into slices
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 pt. stewed tomatoes
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. beef bouillon
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. tapioca
