Ingredients
- 4 to 6 potatoes, cut in eighths or smaller
- 6 to 8 carrots, cut thin and about 1-inch long
- 4 onions, cut in eighths
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1/8 to 1/4 c. oil
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can dinner cuts or stew pack
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Place vegetables in a large casserole and pour oil over them. Bake 45 minutes in a 400° oven.

2Stir 3 to 4 times to keep vegetables coated with oil.

3During this time put mushroom soup in a pan; dilute with juice from dinner cuts and 1/2 cup water.

4Cut dinner cuts in 1-inch cubes and add to vegetable mixture.

5Stir well and bake at 325° for 1 hour or until vegetables are done. Salt may be added as desired.
