- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 rows Ritz crackers
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

1Crumble crackers in a bowl.

2Cook onions in margarine on medium-low heat. (Don't burn margarine.)
