- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- flour
Directions

1Salt, pepper and flour tenderloin.

2Fry in 2 tablespoons oil until golden brown.
