- 6 medium size tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
Directions

1Cut each tomato in half.

2Place, cut side up, in a shallow baking dish.

3Sprinkle cut surface with salt and pepper.

4Combine the remaining ingredients.

5Spoon a portion on top of each tomato; spread to cover cut surface.

6Bake in 400° oven 15 minutes or until topping is lightly puffed and tomatoes are hot.
