- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 qt. tomatoes
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Spray flat pan with Pam.

2Mix sugar, flour, nutmeg and cinnamon together.

3Crush tomatoes; set aside.

4Mix juice from tomatoes with dry ingredients.

5Mix well.

6Pour in the crushed tomatoes.

7Mix and pour total mixture into greased pan.

8Bake in 400° oven for about 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.

9Cut into squares and serve warm.
