- 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons preshredded fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 large tomatoes, cut in half crosswise (about 1 pound)
- 1/4 cup fat-free Caesar-flavored croutons, crushed (such as Brownberry)

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Place tomato halves, cut sides up, in an 8-inch baking dish. Cover tomato halves evenly with mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with crushed croutons.

3Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned.
