- 1 each parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
- 1 each thyme dried
Directions

1Cut each tomato in half and arrange cut side up on a baking dish.

2Sprinkle each half lightly with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and thyme.
