  • 2 each italian plum (roma) tomatoes
  • 1 each bread crumbs fine
  • 1 each parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
  • 1 each thyme dried

Directions

    Cut each tomato in half and arrange cut side up on a baking dish.

    Sprinkle each half lightly with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and thyme.

    Bake for 15 to 20 min.
