- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- chopped celery to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- dash of Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Spray foil with Pam.

2Place fish on foil; add seasonings. Close foil tightly.

3Bake at 350° (preheated oven) for 30 minutes. Open foil; broil for a few minutes.

4Great over charcoal. Cooking times vary on thickness of fish.
