  • 1 fillet trout per person
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • chopped celery to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • dash of Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Spray foil with Pam.

    Place fish on foil; add seasonings. Close foil tightly.

    Bake at 350° (preheated oven) for 30 minutes. Open foil; broil for a few minutes.

    Great over charcoal. Cooking times vary on thickness of fish.
