- 6 trout fillets
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs fine, optional seasoned
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup onions chopped
Directions

1Marinate fillets in salt water 1/2 hour. Use 1 teaspoon salt to 1 cup water. (Too salty for me, I use less). Drain on paper towels. Dip both sides in bread crumbs and arrange side by side one layer deep in shallow baking dish.

2Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and onions; spread evenly over fish. Cover with thin layer of crumbs. Bake at 375-400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
