  • 1 (7 oz.) can tuna
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped celery
  • 10 soda crackers, rolled into crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 1/2 c. scalded milk

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

    Crumble up tuna.

    Mix all ingredients and stir the milk in last.

    Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole and pour in.

    Cover for awhile until it comes to a boil, then uncover and bake for 10 minutes at 325°.
