  • 2 to 2 1/2 lb. fillet of turbot or other fish (frozen)
  • margarine
  • salt

Directions

    Place frozen fillet of turbot in shallow baking dish.

    Dot with pats of margarine (do not use butter).

    Salt lightly.

    Do not preheat oven.

    Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.
