- 2 lb. slender zucchini
- 1/3 lb. bacon
- 3 medium onions
- salt and pepper
- basil
- catsup
Directions

1Wash zucchini; do not peel.

2Slice fairly thin.

3Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces.

4Thinly slice onions and separate into rings. Cook bacon in skillet.

6When bacon begins to sizzle, cook 5 minutes, stirring often.

7Into a greased casserole, put a layer of zucchini.

9Dot with catsup; cover with onions and bacon.

13Cover casserole and bake 45 minutes at 350°.
