"Bakeless" Ziti

  • 12 oz. ziti
  • 3 c. fat-free marinara sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 c. light Ricotta cheese
  • 1 c. light Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

    Cook ziti according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, combine sauce and pepper flakes in a medium sized saucepan; heat through. Combine ziti, sauce mixture, Ricotta and Mozzarella in a large serving bowl. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Makes 6 servings. Preparation time: 3 minutes. Cook time: 10 to 12 minutes.
