- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Baker's German's sweet chocolate
- 1/4 c. oleo
- 1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 unbaked (10-inch) pie shell
- 1 1/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Melt chocolate with oleo over low heat; gradually blend in milk.

2Mix sugar, flour and salt; beat in eggs and vanilla gradually.

3Blend in chocolate mixture.

4Pour into shell.

5Mix coconut and pecans and sprinkle over filling.

6Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until top is puffed.

7Cool at least 4 hours before serving.
