- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. hot roll mix, with yeast packet
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 c. hot water (120~ - 130~)
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
- 1 egg
Directions

1Combine hot roll mix, yeast and sugar.

2Stir in hot water, butter and egg until dough pulls away from sides of bowl.

3Turn dough out onto a lightly floured cutting board.

4With floured hands, shape dough into a ball.

5Knead dough for 5 minutes.

6Cover and let rise in warm place for 5 minutes.

7Roll dough into a 15 x 10 inch rectangle.
