- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 lb. phyllo leaves (very thin dough found in freezer section)
- 1 c. melted butter or oleo
- 1 c. honey
Directions

1Mix nuts and sugar in bowl; set aside.

2Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.

3Put sheet of phyllo in pan, extending up sides.

4Brush with melted oleo.

5Repeat 5 times.

6Sprinkle with nut mixture.

7Cut remaining leaves to fit 13 x 9-inch pan and repeat the layering 6 times; sprinkle with nuts.

8Repeat this process 3 times.

9Put remaining leaves, layered on last nut layer.
