Balsamic Orange Chicken

- 2 whole Chicken Breasts
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 2 whole Oranges
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 6 tablespoons, 2 teaspoons, 4-58 pinches Chicken Stock
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Directions

1Bash the chicken a little to flatten it slightly, and put it in a plastic bag with the flour and some salt and pepper.

2Shake to cover.

3Heat the oil in a pan over medium high heat and fry the chicken for a few minutes on each side, until golden brown.

4In the meantime, cut each orange in half and juice them into a bowl.

5I use the tines of a fork to help get the juice out.

6Pour the balsamic vinegar and fresh orange juice over the chicken.

7Simmer for a minute and then add the chicken stock.

8Stir and allow the liquid to reduce.

9Flip the chicken a couple of times during cooking.

10Once the chicken is cooked through, add the sugar and butter to the sauce and stir.

11Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.

12Serve with rice.
