- 1 cup rice (Bamboo Rice, do NOT rinse rice!)
- 1 1/2 cups water
Directions

1Bring water to a boil.

2Add rice and bring back to boiling.

3Stir, cover, reduce heat to low.

4Simmer 12-15 minutes.

5Remove from heat and let stand, covered, 5-10 minutes.

6Fluff with fork and serve.
