- 4 firm bananas
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2/3 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups flaked coconut, toasted*
Directions

1Peel bananas and cut into medium to large bite-sized slices.

2Dip each slice in lemon juice and drain off excess.

3Dip each slice in yogurt and then roll covered banana slice gently in coconut to coat.

4Place on serving tray.

5Serve immediately or refrigerate up to two hours before serving.

6Serve with cocktail toothpicks.
